Legal & Authenticity Notice

This page lists the only authentic apps, websites, and on-chain token contracts operated by Ma3lom. If you see anything else using our name, logo, or token tickers, it is not us.

Anti-scam notice. Ma3lom will never ask you for your wallet recovery phrase, private key, or password. We will never ask you to “verify” your wallet by sending tokens, paying gas in advance, or scanning a QR code from a stranger. If anyone messages you on Telegram, WhatsApp, X, or Facebook claiming to be Ma3lom support and asks for any of these — they are a scammer. Block and report.

3. Copyright & trademark

The Ma3lom WordRush mobile and web client, server code, AI models, smart-contract integrations, and on-chain treasury infrastructure are proprietary to Ma3lom and protected by international copyright treaties.

Without prior written permission from Ma3lom, you may not:

copy, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble our app or backend;
publish, fork, re-skin, or redistribute the app under any name;
scrape, mirror, or rehost our API, content, or word data;
use the Ma3lom name, logo, token tickers, or brand in another product, service, token, NFT collection, or marketing material;
create a token, pool, or trading pair that implies an affiliation with Ma3lom, UAS, or SparkPulse without our written consent.

The word “WordRush” is a descriptive product name and is not claimed as an exclusive mark — only the combined mark “Ma3lom WordRush” together with the Ma3lom logo identifies the official game.

4. Reporting clones, fakes, and scams

Take a screenshot or save the URL / Play Store link / token mint address.
Email legal@ma3lom.com with the subject line IMPERSONATION and attach the evidence.
If it is a Play Store clone, also file a takedown at support.google.com/legal and CC us.
If it is a fraudulent Solana token, report on Solscan/Birdeye and post the imposter mint to our official channels so other players are warned.
