WordRush Privacy Policy

Data We Collect

• Account and authentication data, such as a generated user ID, device authentication key metadata, login tokens, and optional display name.
• Gameplay data, such as scores, language selection, game sessions, duel activity, rewards earned, and leaderboard-related activity.
• Wallet data, such as public Solana wallet addresses, UAS/SPN/SOL balances shown in the app, deposit and withdrawal transaction records, and network transaction IDs.
• Device and technical data needed to operate the app, such as device model, app version, network status, server logs, timestamps, and security events.
• Support data you choose to send to us when you contact us.

Data We Do Not Collect

• WordRush does not use the Google Advertising ID.
• WordRush does not contain ads.
• WordRush does not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs such as Play Services Ads, Firebase Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or Facebook SDK.
• WordRush does not ask for private wallet keys or seed phrases. Users should never share private keys or seed phrases with anyone.

How We Use Data

• To create and maintain your game account.
• To run word games, duels, rewards, leaderboards, wallet balance displays, deposits, and withdrawals.
• To keep the app secure, prevent abuse, debug issues, and maintain service reliability.
• To provide support when you contact us.
• To comply with legal, platform, financial, blockchain, and security requirements.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only when needed to operate WordRush, such as with our backend infrastructure, hosting providers, blockchain network services, and payment or wallet-related infrastructure used to process supported Solana-network token activity. Public blockchain transactions are visible on the Solana network and cannot be deleted by WordRush.

Blockchain and Wallet Information

WordRush supports UAS and SPN reward balance tracking and Solana-network wallet functionality. Public wallet addresses and transaction IDs may be processed and displayed to provide deposits, withdrawals, wallet history, and balance information. Users must hold SOL in their own wallet to pay Solana network gas for withdrawals. Rewards are not guaranteed and depend on gameplay, app rules, token availability, and network conditions.

Security

Data is transmitted using HTTPS/TLS where supported. WordRush uses authentication tokens, Android security features, and server-side access controls to help protect accounts and wallet records. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect data against unauthorised access.

Retention

We keep account, gameplay, wallet, transaction, and support records for as long as needed to operate the app, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal requirements, and preserve financial or blockchain-related records. Public blockchain records are maintained by the blockchain network and cannot be removed by WordRush.

Children

WordRush is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

Your Choices and Deletion Requests

You may request account and personal data deletion by visiting WordRush Data Deletion or emailing admin@ma3lom.com. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal, financial, or blockchain transaction reasons. Public blockchain transactions cannot be deleted from the Solana network.

Changes

We may update this policy as WordRush changes. The effective date above shows the latest update.
