WordRush Account and Data Deletion

Use this page to request deletion of your WordRush account and personal data.

How to Request Deletion
- Email admin@ma3lom.com with the subject line: WordRush data deletion request.
- Include your WordRush user ID if you know it, your public wallet address if used in the app, and any email address or display name connected to your account.
- We may ask for reasonable information to verify that you control the account before deleting data.
What We Delete
- Account profile data connected to your WordRush account where deletion is legally and technically possible.
- Authentication records that are no longer needed for security.
- Optional support information you sent to us, where deletion is legally and technically possible.
What May Be Retained
- Security logs, fraud-prevention records, and abuse-prevention records for a limited period.
- Wallet, reward, deposit, withdrawal, and transaction records needed for legal, financial, audit, or dispute-resolution reasons.
- Public blockchain transactions, wallet addresses, and transaction IDs that are maintained by the Solana network. WordRush cannot delete public blockchain records.
- Aggregated or anonymised analytics that no longer identify you.
Processing Time
We aim to review deletion requests within 30 days. Some requests may take longer if identity verification, security review, or legal review is required.
